How far is the beach? Five minutes stroll.
How far is the nearest bar/restaurant? Three minutes stroll.
Do you have laundry facilities available? Yes, the apartment has a washing machine and a clothes airer, iron and ironing board available for your use.
Are bed linen and towels provided? Yes, bath towels, face towels, tea towels and all bed linen are included. Beach towels are not provided.
How many can be accommodated? Up to five. There is a double bed, two single beds and a fold-out bed settee for one adult or two small children in the lounge area.

Can I use UK-supplied electrical appliances (e.g. laptops, hair dryers, etc) in the apartment? Turkey's electrical system is 110V, you must therefore ensure any electrical appliances will operate safely on this lower voltage. Bring travel adapters if you need them for your electrical items (there is a hairdryer provided).
Is there a local management company? Yes, and you will be given their details before you arrive. They are based in Calis and are English so you can pop in with any queries you may have.
What's the local currency? The Turkish Lira, however many establishments will accept sterling and euro.
Where can I change my money? Various local shops within Calis or shops and banks in Fethiye all give good exchange rates.
Where's the nearest airport? Dalaman is 35 minutes by road.
Can transfers be arranged? Yes, these can be arranged on request and are payable when you arrive.
Are Visas required? Yes. £10 per person (subject to change) is payable upon arrival.
Can I have a mid-stay clean? Yes - available at extra cost.
Is a car necessary? No, there are plenty of buses and taxis (both very reasonable).
Where can I rent a car? Several local companies offer this service (see links page).
Is the nightlife good? In Calis there are only a few clubs, but the nightlife in Hisaronu is great.
Is the pool heated? No, the pool is generally warm due to the hot weather, therefore doesn't need heating.
Is there any English-speaking television? There is a satellite dish with some English-speaking channels.
How do we get into the house? You will be given your keys upon arrival at the apartment. Full details will be provided before your departure date.
How do we pay for it? A deposit is required at the time of booking. This will amount to 50% of the total cost. The balance must be paid six weeks prior to your intended arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfers (BACS) or by cheque in pounds sterling (cheques must be cleared six weeks prior to your intended arrival date).
Is a security deposit is required? Yes, a security deposit of £100 is required to cover the cost of any items damaged during your stay. This must be paid with the final payment. This will be refunded to you within ten days of the end of your stay less any costs incurred for damages etc.
